1 4 M spray line transforms capacity and capability spray oils 1200 400

A new, fully automated, spray oils line is enabling us to ramp up production, and will allow us to deliver a wider range of spray products in the future.

Probably the most advanced manufacturing facility of its kind in Europe, our new spray line is the result of a £1.4M investment in our Hull site's production capabilities.

Alex Dickson, Head of UK & Export Retail, takes up the story...

"Demand for our own retail International Collection brand of spray oils has been strong throughout the pandemic. We have been making lots of private label spray oils for our retail customers too.

"Our new, automated production line will enable us to meet this growing demand, as well as add innovative new products and pack formats to our range. It will help us to secure new retail partnerships right across Europe."

Capable of filling 150 bottles per minute, the new line can produce every kind of oil spray, from 1% / 1 cal to 100% oil. It can also fill 120ml, 190ml and 200ml bottles.

Looking ahead, we intend to use the new line to manufacture a new range of salad dressing sprays. Watch this space!
