We hold Trends & Innovation Days to share ideas, dive into market trends, discuss challenges and opportunities, and workshop potential solutions with you.
Themes, formats and venues vary enormously and can be tailored to suit your needs. Sustainable sourcing, identifying market trends, and developing products, menus and categories, are firm favourites. You are welcome to visit one of our Customer Innovation Centres, or we could come to you for a bespoke event at your development kitchen.
At AAK, we also develop tailor-made Food Safaris to inspire our teams and share insight on the latest market trends. This is where we meet to sample the latest ideas in foodservice, guided by a sector expert. If you have an idea for a topic you would like us to cover, do get in touch.
