It is a blend of rapeseed oils with a rich butter flavouring, and now plant-based! A multi-menu, versatile product, it can be used to shallow fry, bake, grill, create delicious sauces, glaze or as a recipe ingredient.
Convenience is at the heart of Prep Deli. It saves time in the kitchen, as it doesn’t need to be clarified, melted or reduced – it can be used straight from the bottle. It is easy to use, as it doesn’t spit or scorch, curdle or split, and it blends quickly and easily with other ingredients. It also saves valuable fridge space and reduces waste, as it has a 12-month ambient shelf life.
Prep Deli is 82% lower in saturated fats, and higher in monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats than butter – making it a great alternative for health-conscious customers and diners. It is more cost effective than butter and comparable to the cost of margarine.
