Ingredients
- 50g Prep Gourmet Butter Alternative
- 150g brown sugar
- 100ml almond milk
- 50g flaked almonds
- 1/4tsp almond essence
- 1tsp corn flour

Method
Heat the sugar and the Prep Gourmet Butter Alternative in a heavy based pan for 5 minutes until bubbling.
Mix the cornflour with a little almond milk to make a paste, then add the remaining almond milk.
Slowly add in the cornflour, almond milk and the almond essence and gently simmer for 15 minutes.
