Ingredients
  • Ribs:
  • 1.8 kg spare ribs
  • 4 tbsp spice mix
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 60 mil Prep Prememium Balsamic Vinegar
  • 250 ml tomato puree
  • 60 ml ketchup
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic sugaar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Spice Mix:
  • 3tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp onion powder
Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

    Line a large bking sheet with extra-strong aluminium foil. place the grill grate inside.
