To help caterers create exciting plant-based Asian food with authentic flavor, three new Asian sauces have been added to our Rapsona range of vegan mayonnaises, dressings and seasonings.

Bibimbap, Sticky Korean and Sweet Chili are versatile sauces that can all be used across the menu for dressing, glazing and dipping. Made without egg or dairy, they are suitable for those following a plant-based diet, but are equally as great paired with meat and fish.

They are ideal for chefs looking for ready-made, multi-use sauces that deliver quality and convenience right across the menu.”

Bibimbap Sauce is a spicy but fruity sauce with a clear taste of Gochugaru chili, sesame and soy. It is the perfect dressing for its namesake, Korean mixed rice with different vegetables, meat, and a fried egg, bowl Bibimbap, and can also be used as dipping sauce to accompany a wider range of Asian dishes.

With stronger heat than the Bibimbap, Sticky Korean Sauce is full of Gochugaru chili, fragrant ginger and garlic. It is a fantastic glaze for grilled vegetables and meat alternatives, and adds great flavor when stir fried with noodles. It also makes a great dressing for wraps, hot dogs and burgers and sandwiches – whether meat-free or not.

The Asian ketchup – a sauce that goes with everything - Sweet Chili Sauce is a simple way to bring an exotic Asian touch to any meal. It brings a balance of heat and sweetness to a variety of dishes. Use as a dipping sauce for vegetable spring rolls or halloumi fries (for non-vegans), as a dressing for an Asian salad, or as an ingredient in all kinds of dishes.
