Ingredients

  • 400g Sugar
  • 150ml Water
  • 375ml Whipping or double cream
  • 25ml Unsalted Whirl

Unsalted Whirl

Method

  1. Place the sugar and water into a boiling pan.

  2. Boil until a good golden colour.

  3. Remove the caramel from the heat and whisk in the cream in a thin stream.

  4. Whisk in the Unsalted Whirl and use hot or cold.
