Ingredients

  • Original Whirl
  • Flour
  • Potatoes

Whirl butter

Method

  1. Tip potatoes into a saucepan, cover with cold water, then bring to the boil.

  2. Set the timer and boil for exactly 2 mins.

  3. Drain the potatoes well, then toss in the colander to fluff up their surfaces, sprinkling over the flour as you go.

  4. Put Original Whirl into a large roasting tray over a fairly high heat and then tip in fluffed potatoes.

  5. Cook until golden and crisp.
