Ingredients

  • 200g wild mushrooms
  • 30ml Garlic & Herb Whirl
  • 1 part-baked baguette
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 2tbsp Garlic & Herb Whirl (to brush on crostini)

Garlic and herb whirl

Method

  1. Slice baguette into thin slices and arrange on a baking tray. Brush with Garlic & Herb Whirl

  2. Bake at 170°C for 8 minutes until crisp.

  3. Dice the mushrooms and sauté in Whirl until soft.

  4. Season and spoon onto the crostini.
