Ingredients

  • 150g Fresh Pizza Dough
  • 6 tbsp. Garlic & Herb Whirl
  • 6 tbsp. Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Garlic and herb whirl

Method

  1. Divide the fresh pizza dough into 8 pieces (25g each)

  2. Shape the dough into a small disk (for Garlic and Herb Twists) or a small ball (for dough balls)

  3. For the Garlic and Herb Twists – spread 1 tbsp. of Garlic & Herb Whirl onto the dough disk, leaving a small gap around the edge.

  4. If desired, sprinkle 1 tbsp. of cheese on each dough disk

  5. Take the two edges of the disk and fold into the middle so they meet

  6. Roll the unfolded end upon itself in a neat, tight cigar style roll

  7. Fold the two ends together so they now meet. You will have a crescent shaped twist

  8. Pinch the ends together

  9. Place 6 twists in a shallow pan on a piece of greaseproof paper and bake until cooked, risen and golden

  10. For the Dough Balls place 6 dough balls in a shallow pan on a piece of greaseproof paper

  11. Drizzle 1 tbsp. of Garlic & Herb Whirl over each dough ball

  12. If desired sprinkle one table spoon of grated mozzarella cheese over each dough ball

  13. Bake until the dough is risen and golden
