Garlic herb mushroom Crostini and heritage Tomato and basil oil crostini
  • 200g wild mushrooms
  • 250g mixed heritage tomatoes
  • 30ml Garlic & Herb Whirl
  • 30ml Lion Basil Oil Dressing
  • 2 part-baked baguettes
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 2tbsp Garlic & Herb Whirl (to brush on crostini)
  1. Slice baguettes into thin slices and arrange on a baking tray. Brush with Garlic & Herb Whirl.

  2. Bake at 170°C for 8 minutes until crisp.

  3. Dice the mushrooms and sauté in Garlic & Herb Whirl until soft.

  4. Dice the tomatoes and add Lion Basil Oil Dressing.

  5. Season both and spoon onto the crostini.
