  • 4tbs Lion Prawn Cocktail Dressing
  • 2 Grated Carrots
  • 2 Grated Apples
  • 6 Cabbage Leaves Sliced
  • 1/2 Cucumber cut into this julienne
  • 2 Finely Sliced Red Onions
  • Zest and Juice of one Orange
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper
Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients together mix well and serve
