Lion Asian Ginger, Garlic & Chilli Sticky Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 Rack of pork ribs
  • 100ml Lion Asian Ginger, Garlic & Chilli Sticky Sauce
Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 130°C

  2. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the under side of the ribs

  3. Season both sides if the ribs and place meat side up in a large roasting pan

  4. Cover tightly with foil and bake in the over for 3-4 hours until the meat falls off the bone

  5. When the ribs are cooked, remove from the oven and discard the foil

  6. Turn the oven up to 200°C

  7. Take a fresh baking tray and place the hot ribs onto the tray

  8. Baste generously with the Lion Asian Ginger, Garlic & Chilli Sticky Sauce on both side

  9. Place the ribs (meat side up) in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the sauce has gone sticky

  10. Remove from the oven and serve immediately
