Sesame Oil Chicken Wings

- 60ml Prep Premium Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1kg Chicken Wings
- 300ml Water
- 150ml Dark soy sauce
- 75ml Light soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove. crushed
- 2 Spring onions, finely chopped
Cut chicken wings into 3 portions.
Place the wings, water, soy sauce, garlic and spring onion in a wok or large skillet. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, turning several times.
Add the Prep Premium Sesame Oil and simmer over low heat for another 15 minutes.
Bring everything to the boil briefly, add a few splashes of Prep Premium Toasted Sesame oil. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
