Lion Sauces has expanded its range of ready-to-use cooking sauces, adding nine new globally-inspired flavours to make it easier for chefs to create authentic international dishes quickly and conveniently.

These sauces join Lion’s popular Katsu Curry and Chilli Con Carne, which launched earlier this year.

Designed with efficiency in mind, the sauces are ready in minutes – simply heat, stir, and serve – while maintaining the quality and taste expected from authentic recipes.

From spicy Italian Arrabbiata to rich, smoky Bourbon BBQ, Lion’s sauces offer a variety of flavours. The Indian collection features a range of favourites, from mild and creamy Korma to spicy Jalfrezi and Balti. For Chinese-inspired dishes, the Sweet & Sour options, including one with added vegetables, offer a tangy and vibrant choice.
